CHROMIS D+A Labelling kits represent the most advanced solution for fast and highly efficient protein labeling. With a wide selection of different fluorescent compounds the CHROMIS Labeling kit series covers the complete range of wavelengths from 400 up to 850 nm.

To meet the ever growing demand of fluorescent probes for bioanalytical applications and biological techniques based on immunoassays, Cyanagen has created the CHROMIS D+A Labelling Kits line optimizing the procedure for antibodies bioconjugations. All the kits are specifically designed for the fluorescent labeling of 1 mg of antibody.

With the innovative Dye + Activator kit, conjugation is as easy as mixing the kit solutions with the target protein (download protocol). Volumes and amounts are carefully tuned in order to obtain maximum fluorescence and preserve antibody activity, with an optimal 5-10 dye-to-protein ratio. The two-vial formulation has many advantages, including:

• Dye purity: the reactive dye is quantitatively generated in situ, thus affording maximum efficiency in the conjugation step
• Easy-to-use formulation: the reaction is carried out by mixing the supplied reagents and adding the target antibody. No weighing of tiny amounts of expensive and unstable activated dye is needed!
• Extended stability: when properly stored, kits have a stability of more than six months
