PANArrays
PANArrays™ are PNA-based arrays which exploit the excellent stability and specifity of PNA to overcome the limitations of DNA-based arrays. PAN Arrays have many benefits:
- Long shelf life
- Reliable SNP detection
- Excellent for long DNA detection
Custom PANArrays can be developed for SNP analysis, genotyping, expression profiling, and detection of microrganisms. Using Panagene's FLASH technology, labelling with a fluorescent dye can be carried out after binding of the DNA to the PNA microarray, saving on the use of expensive dyes and allowing for more efficient PCR.
