Peptide Synthesis
Cambridge Research Biochemicals has extensive experience in the synthesis of modified peptides including cyclic peptides, peptide analogues, dye-labelled peptides and isotope-labelled peptides.
A variety of N-terminal and C-terminal modified peptides can be synthesised. Biotinylated peptides are particularly useful for immunodetection studies. Peptides having post-translational modifications such as phosphorylation and glycosylation can be readily synthesised as can peptides containing a wide variety of unusual amino acids.
